GROUP FITNESS SESSIONS


Group fitness sessions are running weekly with a changing timetable normally every six weeks.

You will find class information such as,  where the classes are held, days/times, duration, what to expect, what to bring and class costs.  The classes are kept small in numbers for safety and personal attention.  They are welcoming and for all levels and fitness capabilites.

These are bookable through the "BOOK NOW" button on the home page and/or have a good read through the information there prior to booking.



PERSONAL TRAINING


This is great point for starting out, building your confidence, building on your technique and form to ensure your moving safely through exercises.  These sessions are individually personalised to you and your goals.  If you are working, a busy parent or time poor these sessions are great to fit around your busy daily schedule.  I also come to you for ease and comfort training at your home in your space, great for tight timescales.  You don't need a big space either. 

I bring any equipment required for sessions. 
(All equipment is sanitised prior too and after sessions)

Each session is approximately  45-50 mins
Your sessions can also include a free food diary review (what your eat, drink etc)
This is of course optional.

The exercises/fitness plan each session will be tailored specifically to your goals and needs.  You can also access message/email/zoom support with myself through your block 24/7.

I generally book six sessions at a time with clients.  This is paid in advance with strict 48hrs cancellation policy for each session. 

The reason I book in blocks is primarily so that we can both work together and progress your desired/realistic objectives for the sessions.  This block should very much be treated as an introduction to your new way forward with exercise and how to fuel your body for training and health. 

You would be required to complete a client health to form. This is a form with your medical information and your consent that your fit to exercise.  You will also be asked to complete a Covid screening form.
