I'm a local Personal Trainer and yoga coach based in Midlothian. I've worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. My specialised areas are fitness for women’s health, menopause, and nutrition.
My years of coaching and mentoring led me to train to become a trainer. Delivering on courses such as yoga, personal training, gym, exercise to music, outdoor fitness, sports therapy, children fitness, soft tissue remedial therapy and physiology & anatomy. I run yoga weekends, workshops, anatomy workshops and bespoke seminars & consultations with a variety of groups.
Currently I teach several group fitness classes, coach/mentor a small personal training client list and several yoga classes weekly. I deliver yoga workshops for musicians, horse riders, cyclists, runners, and triathletes. I love yoga for all sports. My focus as a teacher is supporting individuals to find their own pace of training, fitness, and nutrition. Guiding them to an improved quality of life, energy levels and overall wellbeing.
